Refund policy

At Rajcart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at rajcartindia@gmail.com with their order details and a clear reason for the return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original mode of payment. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

In case a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification by emailing rajcartindia@gmail.com. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition.
